This week Barry and Oskar had the pleasure of Barry’s dad, Dr Barry, in the studio. Dr Barry has been in the UAE for the last 22 years and before that spent his career in the British Army. He knows a thing or two about leadership and has been running his own consultancy in Dubai for the last 19 years, specifically helping the next generation of Emirati leaders understand what leadership actually means and how suited they are to the task.
